＜ロザリオの祈り＞ １）十字架のところで、十字のしるしをします ２）信仰宣言を唱えます ３）次の珠で主の祈りを唱えます ４）次の3つ信・望・愛を祈って聖母マリアの祈りを唱えます ５）栄唱をし、場合によってはファティマの聖母の祈りを唱えます ６）第1玄義の黙想（聖書朗読等） ７）主の祈りを唱えます ８）10回、珠を繰りながら聖母マリアの祈りをします ９）栄唱・ファティマの祈りをします １０）第2玄義の黙想 １１）以下、第5玄義まで、7−9の手順を繰り返します １２）元后哀れみの聖母（サルベ・レジナ）を唱えます １３）場合によっては聖母マリアの連祷 １４）ロザリオの祈り

＜the Prayer of Rosary＞ 1)the Sign of the Cross at the Cross 2)Apostle's Creed 3)for the next Big bead, Our Father. 4)the next three, Hail Mary. for faith, hope and love. 5) Glory be... and Fatima Prayer. 6) Recall the first mystery of the Rosary. 7)Our Father at the big bead. 8) as 10 small beads, Hail Mary. 9) Glory be and Fatima Prayer after the 10 times Hail Mary. 10)Recall the second mystery. 11)Repeat 7-9 till the end of the Rosary as praying 5 mysteries. 12)Hail Holy Queen at the end of Rosary. 13) Litany of Virgin Mary if you'd like to. 14)Additional Prayer after The Rosary

＜信仰宣言＞ 天地の創造主、全能の神である父を信じます。 父のおんひとり子、乙女マリアから生まれ、 苦しみを受けて葬られ、死者のうちから復活して、 父の右におられる主、イエス・キリストを信じます。 聖霊を信じ、聖なる普遍の教会、聖徒の交わり、 罪の赦し、身体の復活、永遠の命を信じます。		＜Apostole's Creed＞ I believe in God, the Father Almighty, creature of Heven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only son, our Lord. He was concieved by the power of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgine Mary, sufferd under the Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He decended into hell. On the third day, He rose again, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the Communion of the Saints, the Forgiveness of sins, resurrection of body, and the life everlasting. Amen
