＜受胎告知＞ マリアは大天使ガブリエルの受胎告知に「わたしは主のはしため、おことばのとおりになりますように」と答え、聖霊によって御子受肉の神秘の実現を見る。 　この一連をささげて、神に対する信頼の心を強めていただくように、聖母マリアの取次ぎを求めましょう		＜The Annunciation＞ -I desire the love of humility Think of the humility of the Blessed Virgin when the Angel Gabriel greeted her with those words: "Hail full of grace"
＜ご訪問＞ マリアは大天使から、親戚のエリザベトが神の恵みによって子を宿したことを知り、ユダの山地にエリザベトを訪問する。 　この一連をささげて、自分のことよりも、いつも喜んで他人に奉仕する愛の心を深めることができるように、聖母マリアの取次ぎを求めましょう。		＜The Visitation＞ -I desire charity toward my neighbour Think of Mary's Charity in visiting her cousin Elizabeth and remaining with her for three months before the birth of John the Baptist.
＜ご降誕＞ 聖霊の力によってマリアに宿られた神の御ひとり子は、月満ちて、みどり子となってこの世に誕生し、ベトレヘムの馬小屋のまぐさ桶の中におかれる。 　この一連をささげて、神の御子が示した清貧の模範に習い、この世の富への執着から解放されるように聖母マリアの取次ぎを求めましょう。		＜The Nativity＞ - I desire the Love of God Think of the poverty, so lovingly acceped by Mary when she placed the Infant Jesus, our God and Redeemer, in a manger in a stable of Bethlehem.
＜主の奉献＞ イエズスの誕生後、おきてに従ってマリアの清めと初子の奉献のため、マリアとヨセフは御子を抱いて神殿にのぼる 　この一連を捧げて、聖家族がモーセの律法の中に神のみ旨を見出したように、日々の出来事を通して示される神のみ旨を正しく見出すことができるように、聖母マリアの取次ぎを求めましょう。		＜The Presentation＞ - I desire a sprit of sacrifice Think of Mary's obedience to the law of God in presenting the Child Jesus in the Temple.
＜主の発見＞ １２歳のイエズスは両親から離れてひとり神殿に残られた。マリアとヨセフは御子を捜し求めて三日目に神殿の中におられるのを見出す。 　この一連をささげて、真の幸せはイエズスとともにしかないことを悟る恵みを得ることができるように、聖母マリアの取次ぎを求めましょう。		＜Finding in theTemple＞ - I desire zeal for the Glory of God Think of the deep sorrow with which Mary sought the Child Jesus for three days, and the joy with which she found Him in the midst of the Teachers in the Temple.
